Welcome & Agreement

Welcome to IATA, our SaaS platform. By accessing or using any part of IATA's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the IATA platform, including any features, tools, and subscriptions offered by our company.

When you register an account, access our software, or make any subscription payment, you acknowledge that you’ve read and accepted these terms. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an organization, you affirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to IATA’s terms.

Privacy

Your use of IATA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review it to understand your rights and obligations regarding personal information within the IATA ecosystem.

Electronic Communications

By using IATA, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including service notifications, updates, and account-related messages. These electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

License and Access

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use IATA according to your subscription level. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works based on the IATA platform.

You are prohibited from redistributing access to IATA or offering access to third parties beyond your permitted user seats or usage limits. All unauthorized access or violations of fair usage will result in account suspension.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your IATA account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Accounts are intended for use by legal adults or individuals under adult supervision. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate IATA accounts that violate our terms or misuse platform features.

User Content

You may contribute content such as reviews, feedback, comments, or custom configurations on IATA. You retain ownership of your submissions but grant us a global, royalty-free license to use them for support, improvement, and marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to remove or disable content that violates these terms, infringes rights, or disrupts the experience for other IATA users.

Pricing & Billing

IATA subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Plan upgrades, downgrades, and add-ons will reflect pro-rated billing where applicable.

Pricing is subject to change with prior notice. Continued use of IATA after changes indicates acceptance of the new pricing structure.

Service Updates

We provide regular updates and improvements to IATA. These may include bug fixes, security patches, or feature enhancements. Some updates may be automatically applied without notice. Major version upgrades may require a new subscription or license agreement.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

IATA is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or operate without interruption.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of IATA, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital SaaS products, we do not offer refunds once an IATA subscription period has begun. However, exceptions may be made in the following scenarios:

Service Access Failure

If you are unable to access IATA due to a verified technical issue on our end, and our team fails to resolve it within a reasonable time.

Billing Errors

If you are mistakenly charged for IATA due to a system or human error, we will process a refund for the incorrect transaction upon verification.

Misrepresentation

If IATA materially fails to match the description provided at the time of purchase, and clear proof is provided within 7 days of account activation.
